• Tailored Abayas: As our products are custom-made, refunds are not applicable once tailoring has begun. However, we are happy to assist with reasonable alterations if there are fitting concerns.

• Ready-to-Wear Items: Refunds or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Non-Refundable Items: Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
